When BA Property Services opened its doors in 2004, our objective was simple, to offer all our customers a first class personal service, one that exceeds their expectations.

We have built up our customer base on traditional values of hard work, integrity and value for money. Our commitment to customer service has seen our company grow with new and repeat business, and recommendation from satisfied customers.

BA Property Services is an independent firm founded by Allison and Ron Davis. We specialise in residential letting and management on behalf of private individuals letting their homes and the investor landlords throughout South Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. As specialists, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of the landlord, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and financial services.

BA Property Services are accredited by NALS, the National Approved Letting Scheme – a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service. The scheme is also supported by some of the most powerful voices in the property industry. The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) support NALS. We are also full members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA); an organisation formed to promote professional practice amongst letting agents and safeguard the interests of landlords and tenants.
